A Facebook Marketing Partner in Community Management since 2017, Media Injection has helped its impressive customer portfolio in managing and controlling all of their social media pages from one all-inclusive platform. In this blog, we’d like to run through the list of publishing tools that Media Injection can offer.

Publishing Tools

Planning on posting some content on one or more social media channels? Depending on which of your social channels you have connected to Media Injection, you’ll be able to publish to more than one single channel at the same time. Is there some content you’d like to post on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn at the same time? With Media Injection, you’ll be able to easily post this content from one common dashboard.

Need to tweak or customise the posts depending on which social platform you’re posting? No problem, you can easily customise each message separately. Need to add a picture or video to your post? Simply upload the media and post it alongside your message! Want to tag a specific person, brand or page in your post? Again, not a problem! Press on the ‘@’ sign and add new usernames so you can easily tag them again in the future!

Projects

A project is a powerful container where all the data containing your online interactions are collected and structured according to your personal preferences. Publishing messages to your channels can only be done through one of these projects. By doing so, you will be able to collect all data from a project in one clear overview, separate from the other data that has already been collected and belongs to other projects.

In order to start posting content through a project, you must first create one. You can do so by clicking on the ‘suitcase logo’ which can be found on the sidebar. Give your newly created project a title that summarises the type of content that you will be publishing through this project now and in the future.

Here, you’ll be able to select the social channels that you would like to add to your project. Let’s say that you frequently post blogs and you want to share these on specific social media channels. Select which channels you’ll be posting your blogs on in the future so that you won’t have to set it up every time you want to share content online. Instead, you’ll just have to select the project you have created, before completing your post.

When creating your project, you may also fill in additional information such as the launch and end dates of your projects, as well as the colour that each project will have, allowing you to clearly see the different projects in your Content Calendar.

You can also set system user roles for each project, which allows you to decide which users have the rights to plan, create or schedule a post. For example, you can set it up in a way that allows a specific user to create and edit posts, but not schedule and publish them. This way, you can ensure that no posts will be published without someone’s approval.
